Our Response To COVID-19

COMMITTED TO KEEPING OUR CLIENTS SAFE AND HEALTHY!

Please read the following procedures below before booking your massage. 

Minimizing waiting room time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a quick, required COVID-19 screening and to help reduce the amount of traffic flow in the waiting area. 

Do not bring anyone or anything extra with you to your appointment

Please leave unnecessary personal items in your vehicle or at home if possible.  You also have the ability to pay online, fee and tip, if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Masks are required!

"Mask-up!"  Regardless of opinions, as of July 25, 2020, per the Governor's Executive Order 20-81, people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all indoor businesses and public indoor spaces.  I will be wearing a mask during the session and I require that all clients wear a mask during the face up portion of the session.  It is appreciated if you bring your own mask, however one will be supplied if you are unable to. 

Personal hygiene/washing

It is requested that all clients come to the appointment freshly showered and washed hands.  We have hand sanitizer on-site if needed.

No face massage

As of right now, we will not be doing any facial massages or TMJ work.  Dry scalp and head work will be done if requested.

Extra cleaning protocols

Along with normal cleaning protocols of clean linens, the massage table, etc., all surfaces which include door knobs, tables, and all "touchable" areas will be cleaned and sanitized between sessions.  Multiple air purifiers and fans are used onsite and any fabric and unnecessary decorations have been removed from the office.  Extra time in-between clients has been added so we have plenty of time to administer these procedures.

COVID-19 screening

Before each appointment, you will be emailed a screening.  If you have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive or suspected to be COVID-19 positive in the last 14 days or have experienced any symptoms, it is asked that you reschedule your appointment.  If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, you will not be charged for canceling it.  It is in our best interest to keep you, our office, our other clients and our families safe during this time.  Please do this before each appointment to communicate with me the areas that you would like to work on.  This will allow us to minimize the conversation in the treatment room during this time.  You will also be asked to fill out a quick COVID-19 screening upon arrival. 

High risk clients

Although I will follow these protocols and do everything that I can to keep our office a safe place for you to visit, as we all know there is no guarantee.  If you are in this category or have someone close to you that is, I recommend postponing treatment, however I will not turn you away if you choose to schedule.
